Images may not be re-sold in any form, and client may not directly profit from the sale of images. All other rights reserved. Additional rights or usage (e.g. for third-party publication) are available and negotiable. Client may share images for use on their own social media accounts or other’s social media accounts. Additional usage rights by others are available and negotiable. Terms: Copyright and ownership of all images held solely by photographer. Photo credit must be given to Ross Group Creative where possible. No license or usage granted until licensing/usage payments received in full. Client and others will assume all responsibility for their use of the above photographs and indemnify the photographer of any claims against Client’s use of them.
